Trouble Shooting


Error : "Register to Proxy Server Time Out"

Solution : 1. Your Firewall software preventing the SoftPhone dialer from accessing the internet.
So if you have the firewall software installed, Please allow SoftPhone application in the Firewall or you can Disable the firewall and try
re login.

2. If the solution 1 did not work, then Your country does not support SoftPhone dialer. You should try our IAX dialer.


When Dialing for a call, Error : "Connection Time Out"

Solution : Retry Dialing after few seconds. If the number is correct, it should be dialed.


When Dialing for a call, The IVR says "All circuits are busy, Please try again your call lator."

Solution : The number your dialed is incorrect.
